I was walking to my mailbox and as I was walking back to my front door I noticed something strange and when I looked at my neighbors window I noticed that he was "doing it" with her dog.
at that time I felt sick to my stomach but I feel I should report this because it is wrong to do that with an animal. This is not a joke to anyone that reads this so please give me honest advise

This is the second question I've read of your's and you are a disturbed individual. Maybe if that church would have been built in your neighborhood than you and your sick neighbor could have got some help. You need Jesus in your life!

This could involve a health issue for the community. I do not know what types of health problems might arise, but there could be something that your neighbor could contract from the dog and then pass it along to another person, such as his/her spouse.
You might check with your doctor to get his/her reaction or contact a community health official to see what their take on this would be. One of these people could be a good place to start, to see what you can learn, and where you might turn to next.

Call your local Animal Control. Animal Control is trained to deal with animal abuse and enforcement of humane treatment laws. DO NOT take photographs of any activity happening inside your neighbor's house. It is against the law, and your neighbor could choose to have you prosecuted.

You Have gotta be Kidding. If this is true call the cops. That is absolutely the grossest thing I've ever heard of. How the hell does a woman have sex with a dog? A man I could see but not a woman. Kind of impossible isn't it?

"he was doing it with her dog" Make yourself clear! Was it a male or female owner? Careful, if it's a female neighbour, you may be charged with being a peeping Tom! But if it's male neighbour, you will be OK... He could b e charged with indecent exposure! That is how ridiculous our laws are.
My advise, look the other way.

Your neigbhor is sick and needs your help and understanding. To start off, tell her to close her blinds when she is going to do her dog or if she is offended by your comments, ask her if she wants you to make a video of one of her episodes so the two of you (three) could sell it.
Doesn't say much for her husband does it?

it is called beastiality(excuse the spelling) and it is very illegal in many states....a few years back a guy was caught sneaking into a pony farm at night,besides being embarrassed he went to jail..and it made front page of the local paper
