how do i change my navel ring for the first time,and how do you do it? i have a CBR.?

i got it done about 3 months ago. is it safe to change?

yea, I changed mine afer six weeks, and it's easy to change, all you do is, unscrew the ball, slide it out, clean whatever one ut wanting in, sick it in, screw on the ball again. And if it's a hoop ring, then the ball pops out, just make sure u got a hold of it, if not u'll lose a many of balls that way. Good Luck
