Yes, I'm about to talk about a boy like all the other many girls on here are, but please don't get bored and try to stay with me. Though, probably everyone who's rebellious has already exited out of here but oh well. Anyway, I've been friends with a guy for almost four years, long story short, I told him my feelings for him last year and he stated verbatim "I think I just want to be friends," and I could accept that, but now lately I'm getting that feeling like he likes me again, plus my mom says that she's convinced that he is in the beginnings of puberty, his voice has been cracking recently,so I asked him last year realizing that he hadn't even reached puberty. This year we agreed on going to homecoming together if no one asks us, and no one ever does so its basically official. He's said, " I know your address, maybe i'll send you a secret admirer letter," and I've asked him about girls he may want to ask to the dance and weirdly he'll say, " Initials are C.W.", my initials.

First of all, kudos for the correct spellings and grammar :) Most people on Yahoo! can't even do that.
Anyway, he's definitely gonna ask you and I bet he's feeling pretty fuzzy inside already when he said your initials (cuz this same thing happened to me while I was in HS. I knew she wanted me to ask her and she knew I wanted to ask her so it's one of those "Awwww!" moments). Anywho, he does like you and wants to date you. However, according to you he's quite young and I'm guessing so are you. So, it'll be cute if you two become a couple but just try to keep it clean.

Id say, he's shy, and afriad to come out and tell you he likes you. I mean opposite-gender friends usually do end up dating, and if he's just starting puberty his interest in girls will shoot up in the next few years, so if you really like this guy you should kinda hang out with him often so that when he starts looking for a girl 100%, then he happenst to be looking at you

His voice has been cracking...that's sooo cute. Anyhow, maybe at that time, last year, he had a girlfriend or he was busy with things in his life. Just take your time and let things things flow. Soon enough, things will become clearer and you will know whether to just stay friends or start with all the little butterfly kisses.

Just stay friends, your friend is not ready. If you want a boyfriend get someone else, give him some competition, if he wants you he will react fast, if he don't he will stay just a good friend.

wait for him... and i think, you got him!!! maybe he's too afraid tell you his feelings, because he might think that you dont like him anymore... so try to express your feelings to him through your actions!... after he realized that you still like him, he just might have the courage to tell you the truth!!! and as you said, his puberty begins, and maybe his just confused about his feelings towards to you that makes him afraid to tell you that!
