First and foremost, always stay true to yourself. If you get into any extra cirricular activities, make sure they are things you are genuinely interested in so that the friends you make have common interest. Always treat people the way you would like to be treated. Saying hello, being helpful and respectful. Those are ways to be known. You should also find study buddies in all of your classes so that you will not only make more friends, you all will also be helping one another out. Hope you love your new school and make a whole lot of great friends!

Definitely join clubs and extracurriculars. It's a great way to meet new people and become well known at your school.

You have to start to involve yourself in school activities, are you good in sports because that always helps. I must say that by only being the new kid you are being noticed, just be yourself and start being sociable with everyone starting from now because later you won't be able to change that image people have of you. First thing of all is to establish a positive image of yourself in people and try to, as I said before, to participate in school activities. Just be yourself and be kind, that's all you need to be noticed. Wish you good luck.

join clubs, like maybe the drama club, join sports. introduce yourself to a different person everyday. keep a big network of friends and keep extending that network. go to social church functions. be nice, respect others and lend an ear. people like those who listen and are considerate.

first off...always be yourself. secondly in roll into some activities like sports, or Student association and clubs. introduce yourself to other students in the class. hope this helps

join a team sport, do your own thing, be true and don't change for anybody, no matter how negative and how down they make you feel
