I know how you feel! One night I was really tired and knew that I really needed to go to sleep, but I couldn't! I ended up staying up all night with my head stuck in a book! My advice is to watch tv, read a book, talk to someone on the phone, do something on the computer or sometimes baths make me tired! Maybe even listen to music or start doing math problems in your head!

well it sounds like your friends have to be responsible with phone time, thast's a good thing. Why can't you call them on a land line(old fashioned telephone)? If you're tired try sleeping, that will help time pass until tomnorrow, Guten Abend

Realize that if your tired then you should go to sleep. It's your body speaking to you - listen to it. But if you insist on staying up do something constructive, read, do you home work, etc.

Drink something with plenty of caffeine...coffee, Vault, MT. Dew, etc...
Or, a simple exercise of some sort, like jumping jacks....may sound silly but getting the body moving can help one feel more awake...

watch tv, call some if you have cell phone, read a book. you'll get tired real fast. or you could just go listen to sum music
