One of my favorite workout CD's is Linkin Park's "Hybrid Theory" always makes me want to move. It's a little hard, but great to get you going. If you prefer something more techno, Eiffel 65's "Europop" is another good CD for working out. Whenever I hear one of the song's I feel like moving to the beat. Three Door Down's "Away from the Sun" is great for the slightly slower, inspirational music. It sort of gives you that feeling that you can do anything. Hope ther is something here that you like. Good Luck!

Something that's really upbeat always works for me. Usually rock that sounds angry so you get all pumped up. But it's really what works for you. It's good that you have workout music because there's something in it that pushes you further in determination than anything else such as words just being said to you.
