They are flavored and actually taste like the flavor they advertise. I find them for cheap ($0.99), and they get me going.
If I can't find any, coffee is the next best thing.

I am a night shift worker & I have tried many & like Monster Ginseng flavored best for kick & flavor. You will have a blast finding your favorite....happy hunting..
