No. It is impossible to convert anyone worth converting. No matter what you say, religious people have a religious solution to your objections. Anyone that we could convert is probably harmless and capable of discussing important issues in a logical way. The best way to get people to join us is to emphasize the importance of critical thinking in our schools.

No one had better come to my door to discuss these kind of issues. This is an invasion of privacy. Every day we have religion jammed down our throats. This all makes me sick. No one will tell me how to think. They are no better than me. All the problems in the world, and not enough people are trying to change them, everyone is just busy with their conversions. I write and discuss what's going on in the world with almost everyone I meet. But it's a two way street. Learning from them. I'm no better than anyone else to tell them what to think. We can learn from each other, and then they can go discuss that with others. All thru out history, there have been changes from the roots up. I'm not telling anyone how to think. I ask questions. And I tell people "Don't tell me what to feel, or what to think, and get out of my face!"

Absolutely not! To begin with, we need to be less obnoxious than those people who do it. Secondly, we don't need people to think like us. It would be great, but we aren't preachers of god's non-existence. We use our minds to see the world differently, and we have different standards, but we don't gain anything (like a better accomodation in heaven) for converting more people. And finally, those real world issues can be debated through reason, that's a better method than just quoting texts door by door. BTW, what WOULD we quote door by door?

These people all ready control TV and media outlets. Their deception is pumped straight into our homes every second of everyday. Why go door to door if you are already in the house teaching children its cool to be gay, cool to have a grand pop as an ape, cool to sleep around, and cool to deny Jesus?

I would say yes, because I'd really like to wake up some Jehovah Witnesses and Evangelists at 6 am to tell them they are going to hell unless they follow me. That would be fun. On the other hand, I know I couldn't stoop that low. I actually have respect for people and their choices.

Yes we should but going door to door sucks. I should know as I attempted door to door selling back in the 80's and I wouldn't want to do something like that again. I say let's bring logic and reasoning into our school system.

I think there would be lots more fist fights in more neighborhoods if such a thing should happen. Besides how can all that hot air solve global warming?

Sure why not, I will treat you like any other door to door sales person....get off my property and don't come back.
That is invasion of privacy, and I do not tolerate it.
Logic and Reason...who's, why not leave well enough alone and leave it up to each individual to decide for themselves. Stop trying to force feed people.

no one should actively attempt to convert people...

it typically causes chaos and lots of unnecessary angry emotions...

if you are a follower of God you know that you don't go looking for people to convert...

He sends them to you...

As for global warming... its a bit to late... but the world is going to end pretty soon so worrying about it is trivial
