Metamucil Orange Fiber supplement. The stuff is amazing. Its extremely healthy. You mix it with water and it gets a little thick... chug down 16oz's of that and you won't be hungry. I typically drink a glass once everynight around 7pm, if I get hungry I have another before bed. I would also recommend the sugar free version.
Sounds wierd, but it works. Don't skimp on your food, just drink some Metamucil when you know you shouldn't be eating... great for those of us who get hungry late at night.

This is what you need to do, it's simple and it works:
Eat a small breakfast everyday, something just to get you started.
Drink juice with this meal and take some vitamins.
Drink water throughout the day, and stay away from soda and Gatorade.
When you have lunch, don't go for fast food. Bring a lunch or if you have no other choice get a salad and don't get a soda or a juice drink. Stick with Iced Tea or water.
If you get bored and need something to munch on between meals try Cheerio's or grapes, something small and fun that you like.
When you get to dinner, have one glass of water before you eat, one while you eat, and one after you eat. This will help you become fuller quicker. Thus eating less, again, stay away from fried foods and potatoes.
And for dessert, have some fruit, no chocolate, ice cream, or especially candy.
And walk, it's simple, it's easy, and it helps.
If you have some extra time, try Bally Total Fitness, they have personal trainers to help you with you, because every individual is unique.
Excerise always helps too.
GOOD LUCK!

As millions of people learn all the time - there is no shortcut or easy way to lose weight. The only permanent and effective way to lose weight is a combination of exercise and reduction of calories - no matter how you slice it it'll always come down to this. If you arent ready to accept that fact then you arent ready for the huge lifestyle change and committment that weight loss is.

I lost 25 pounds in 3 months by accident. I am a guy, and I was not trying to diet. But I stopped keeping snack foods and desserts in my house, and started cooking most of my own food. I didn't think I needed to lose weight, just eat better, and it happenned.
I say don't trust anyone that tells you to eat rice cakes, or anything like that. But when you go to the grocery store, try to buy stuff that you think would be possible to make at your own house.
And don't eat dessert. By definition, dessert is unnecessary, extra food. Not eating dessert is not starving yourself or dieting, it's just not eating extra food. Drinking a gallon of water a day will not help you if you eat ice cream every night. (not that you do, I'm just trying to give an example)

Yea water and low fat dairy is good for trimming down. I am trying that Special K cereal along with LOTS of water and I want to start exercising 30 mins a day for 3 days a week. So maybe this could help you too. Stress is also a factor to weight gain. So try not to stress a lot and take time for yourself to chill out like a warm bath or something each night. Good Luck to you!

As an appetizer, drink a good vegetable soup at night. Like a bowl. It will fill you and give you water and vitamines, fibers.
Eat more cabbage.
Walk (or bike) for ALL errands less than 3 miles away.
For the soup, I recommend that you do it yourself so that you make sure that there is no sugar or fat added. Very easy, and you can keep it in the fridge 4-5 days or freeze it.
- 4 carottes
- 1 white cabbage
- 2 leeks
+ any other veggie (except potatoes) like turnips, green beans.
You cook them in water + salt and you blend. Ready...

Top weight loss tips
Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

Cut out soda pops. You would be amazed at all the calories that sodas take up in the average american's diets each week!! Celery is practically NO calories, you burn as many eating it as there are IN it.... and personally, I love it. Be careful when you eat yogurt- so much of it is pure sugar anymore. Watermelon is a natural diuretic, so be careful eating that, as well... drink plenty of water with it. Popcorn canbe a good substitute for snacking, but beware of microwave popcorn, because its full of oils, fats and salt.
good luck!
