To let go of someone because you really love them but they don't love you back?

Yes, that is really your only option. Trying to hold onto them will only make you look desperate. It will only make them turn away from you even more.
And...if you REALLY love them...all you want is for them to be happy anyway, regardless of what that means for you.

It's not only possible, but it's the proper thing to do.. You can't mope and sit on one corner and wait for him or her to love you back, you should do someting productive like channeling your attention to other people who could possibly return the love you share, engage in a hobby or activity and share it with someone who has the same interest as you do.. in time, you would realize you have totally forgotten about this person and you are ready to move on. Not for you, you'll just have to get over it with time. Have you ever heard the saying, time heals all? Well, for the most part that's pretty much true. So all you can do is wait out the feeling until you finally forget about it. I know it sounds hard right now, but you can do it. Good Luck!

Nop they still live in ur imagination and you can alwys feel them around. its very difficult to let them go away if you really love them from your heart. well love is never asking each other that how much do you love me, its telling each other that hw much i love you!!!!
So just let him go and if you really want him back some day............just wait and have faith!!!!

If you don't you will be really unhappy ,the mind is strong if you cut your thoughts every time they go to him or write a list of his bad points that will help ,you need to grieve but then you need to let go.

its hard....but thebest thing 2 do......u cant force ne one2 love u......it has 2 come frm within and u must know another name for love is giving........so let urlove live life dont get him tied down 2 something he does not like
