the puppy can not be fed anything else except its mother's milk until it is 6 weeks old because their teeth start to grow so just let the mother feed it.

You can buy special puppy milk formula at pet stores if the puppy can't nurse from it's mother. You can start introducing soft solids around this time, but they should be more an experiment in eating than the bulk of the puppy's diet. Over the next two weeks offer more and more soft foods. After six weeks, start adding dry food to the soft. By eight to ten weeks, the puppy should be able to eat dry food alone just fine. Make sure you give puppy food for the first two years of the dogs life. After that, regular adult formula food is fine.

Try to mix a little plain baby cereal and warm powder milk, make it loose or slurpy to begin with this will help the puppy get full and learn to start eating then as a few days go by make it a little thicker and then from there add alittle puppy chow or such after the six to seven week period.

At four weeks, puppies are usually still nursing. If thats not possible, try giving him a bottle of milk (like a child)

Science diet ,makes a great starter food for puppies & kittens. It comes in a small 55oz can. It looks like meaty baby jar food. It is full of everything a growing puppy needs. You can only buy it from a vet!

the mummy will to 6th or 10th week or maybe 12! yet that would not happen very lots to feed at 12 Get some milk supplement and help feed the doggies besides. examine her nipples, are the crusted and sore? discomfort makes canines provide up feeding their doggies. Does she have time to stand up and stretch and pass? She desires that. Is she producing milk for them? some have a difficulty and dry up--you are able to desire to feed them if this occurs.
