He is emotionally lazy. He wants to put the burden of the relationship on YOU. That way if he wants to dump you, he's got the excuse that you're always calling.

It means kate that he would rather do other things then talk to you on the phone. Not to be rude but, we all make choices based on how good our actions are going to make us feel. A phone call to you is low on his priority list. He would rather A) watch tv, B) talk on the phone with John or Jane? C) he would rather wash his clothes .;;;;;;;; you get the point? but as a beautiful female you should not have to crave someones attention,,,,if a man is not giving it to you he either has never been taught how or he just doesn't want to.

It depends on whether or not the guy is really busy. Or like the female, he's waiting for you to make the first move. Some guys, like the females, love getting calls from the opposite sex.

I do that to see if the girl in question will take an initiative in the relationship. After all, it takes two to tango. If one partner isn't really into it, then it's not much fun, is it? It may be a subtle way of testing your commitment to the relationship...

He has no respect and really isn't interested. You are a puppy on his string. When he did call, I would be busy and forget to call him back a time or two. This should increase his interest.

I think it means he doesn't like you that much and you need to move on. Also, some guys like to have girls call them because it makes them look good in front of their friends and boosts their ego. Forget him.

makes him feel like he's in control, like his girl REALLY wants him. I don't see anything wrong with it. I love calling my girl but i also LOVE it when i'm out some where and all of a sudden i hear that special ring tone and i KNOW its my girl. Its just something about it.

well maybe he is always busy or he just does not care or he is showing you he is free so u can call any time but he can be hinting he has a girl around him alot so he can call.just maybe

If it is long distance he's cheap and doesn't really care about you,if not then I guess he doesn't like making calls. I would ask him if I were you.

let him know that its not fair to you that you do all the calling and that if he is really into you he should give you a call.I am just the opposit I ask to call her and she won't give me her number. So if he's so into himself that he won't call ask him why.
