You cant target the area of fat you want to lose. Running about 25 min a day will burn extra calories but to lose fat you have to burn off more than you consume. Therefore you will also have to cut some calories. The more you cut the faster the weight will come off.

Running and eating right will help you lose the weight in no time. When running bring an MP3 player and run to music. When eating, make your main meals the size of your fist. Stay away from breds and you will do well

sure 25 min will help but you have to help yourself too. if you want to cut body fat than you need to exersice daily and eat right. you can run all you want but if you eat a bowl of ice cream everyday your not going anywhere. Eat less calories than your body burns.. and you'll soon see loss of fat.

sure. do squats. get maby......idk 20 pounds and put it on your shoulders and then squat down as you butt cheeks are on you heels then go back up. do this often. you will feel it in ur butt cheeks and thighs. yup yup. i did this in gym everyday to warm-up.
