We Muslims beleive in Jesus as a prophet, We do not consider him a liar. Our beleif says that Muhammad PBUH was the last of the prophets sent by Allah so he "completed" the teachings that were sent to the mankind through the prophets by Allah, this includes Jesus in these prophets too, peace

No educated or civilized person gives one damn about Islam, Muhammad, or Allah. In fact i keep a copy of the Koran in my kitchen so I can tear out a page to clean up the grease that spills with I cook bacon. Then I wad it up and throw it away.
