Use any pillows.
Some will fit better than others!
You need the Europeen style pillow!

The normal pillow for a full bed is Standard.
Then a little bit bigger is the Queen Size and then you have the King Size. I buy Standard for my bed, and Queen for my shams as I found the the Standard just is to small.

I always go with the King size pillows. They fit really tight before and after washing and that helps them "stand up" better against other pillows or the head board.

I would first was the shams for shrinkage, then I would remeasure the inner case and go from there with that measurement. Then you know that when you have to wash them again, they will not shink anymore and you will have a perfect fit! Than again, you may have to make your own pillows to fit the shams after washed, but just think...they will fit!
