I think you are asking how to change your default email. Click Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > under E-mail click the down arrow and select the email you want > click Apply and OK. If Yahoo! Mail is the one you want and it isn't listed follow the directions below.

This is what you need to do to make Yahoo! Mail your default email application. Follow the directions below and it will solve your problem.

Using Internet Explorer just click "Continue" on the link below to download a small 60K file that will enable Yahoo! Mail to be the default email application for your computer. Whenever you click on an email address on any web page or in any computer program, Yahoo! Mail will open for you in a new window.

If Internet Explorer displays a yellow security bar at the top, click on it and select Install ActiveX Control from the menu.
If a security warning comes up with Yahoo! Inc. as the publisher, click Install.

Now you can click on an email address anywhere and your computer will automatically open up Yahoo! Mail for you.
You can even send documents directly from Word, Excel, or other Windows applications.

Requirements:
Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista
Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

You find the program you want on a CD or download it. Then you run the install program. You may also need to tell windows that you want it as your default email, but the install should ask you that question. A good email program is Mozilla Thunderbird - see link for downloading. Once you have downloaded it just double click on the file and follow the instructions. You will need to know details of your ISP so it pays to get them first from your ISP site.

Your question is unclear.

Your no doubt have an address with your internet service provider. You can still have a Yahoo address which is free to anyone who has his own internet service provider.

Are you saying you would like a different internet service provider? You would only have to check the phone book for services in your area. I suggest you request the CD instead of download. Makes life easier.
