Would s/he be a wolf in sheeps clothing?

Here's what I'm thinking... For those of you who are fundamentalists, shouldn't you be more suspicious of George Bush than of an athiest like myself?

Actually, good point about "looking like an athiest". I meant to ask whether he would represent himself to the world as a Christian, Athiest or something else. (Sorry about that ;))

wanna see what the anti Christ looks like?
turn your curious eyes to The Whitehouse.

i keep waiting for American Christians to wake up from their dream of an American Christian theocracy and notice what a horror they have aided and abetted when they voted in that criminal cabal of seething corruption which is now despoiling our beloved country. i can understand that they were deceived but ignorance is no longer an excuse. what true follower of Jesus would continue to endorse known liars, thieves, warmongers and torturers?

when are American Christians going to confess their sin, ask for forgiveness and repent the evil they have willingly fed and supported?

I think that the AntiChrist would come across as the most spiritual and convincingly sincere person. The point of the individual (or type) is to mislead the greatest number of people. I don't even have have guess on the package, but the nature of the being is to mislead, and like the Pied Piper, lead those blind, happy followers to their doom.

It has been said that Satan was the most beautiful of the angels and his beauty is such that humans can resist only with the greatest effort.

surely, the Jewish theory (counting on sect and time) is that "Lucifer" or devil is an angel that teaches people with the help of trials. In Jewish custom, devil isn't a fallen angel (that appears to be like a in worry-free words Christian theory that the Muslims copied), he's merely an angel that visits trials and temptations on people to coach and enlighten them. once you examine interest in this mild, it makes a lot more beneficial sense. Edit: note,: it really is amazingly stupid to declare that God is all understanding and then turn round and declare that God created an angel that would create evil and rebellion. it really is even more beneficial unthinkable that an all understanding god would create a inhabitants of angels which may have a million/3 rebellion - especially because the variety between angels and people is that angels don't have loose will. for sure, if angels had loose will, why would people be necessary?

Thomas C,
It's a he, he comes from the old Seluciud Kingdom. Which was huge.

He will cause many to follow him. He is a good flatterer, and obtains a kingdom through flatteries. He makes a peace plan wiht Israel, kinda like what Abbas did yesterday, for seven years the plan will be. But he will not keep it. Three and one half years into the plan, he will ruin it, after the Temple is built in Jerusalem.

Pay attention! If you are not Christian, these things and worse will happen. Don't listen to those who tell you it already happened. They are wrong.

George Bush is not the anti-christ, the true anti-christ will be a lot smoother and much more impressive. He will claim to be holy and perform miracles just as Jesus did. I am more concerned about when the RCC will name a Pope Peter, that's when the stuff will hit the fan. Yes, a wolf in sheep's clothing.

What exactly does an Athiest "look like?"
Of course he will be a wolf. The Bible says he will deceive many. Couldn't do that if he just came right out with it, could he?

I don't believe, in this day and age, that living beings suddenly "appear". I think that Christianity, in order to fulfill their prophecy of an Antichrist, will have to create one.

To quote LOTR " i think if he were the enemy he would look fairer and smell fouler" He is the great deceiver. But he will be the one who will claim to do great things rather than giving credit to God....Satan is always caught by his pride.
