MAYONNAISE CHEESECAKE 4 level tablespoons cocoa (not hot chocolate mix) 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon vanilla Cream Cheese Mixture: 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/3 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup (6 ounce) chocolate chips Spray 9"x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray (no need to flour). Mix all dry ingredients together. Gradually add milk, fold in mayonnaise and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Batter is thick, so spread evenly. Mix cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg. Add chocolate chips to mixture. Spread this mixture in marble fashion over whole top of cake mix in pan. (Don't stir in.) Be sure every piece to be cut is covered with cheese mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Needs no additional frosting. Very rich. Serve warm or cold.

no there is no mayo in Cheesecake!!!!!! look up the recipe online! good luck!

no but i have made a chocolate cake with mayo before and it was surprisingly yummy
