My question to you is why? I am a stepfather and I love my son. If he does something he deserves to disciplined for then I will. I never punish him when I angry. Are you just pissed off? If it is abuse then tell your mom or uncle or some other adult. You do not need to take abuse, but if you just pissed off because you do not like him right now then you should really consider your next action. A bit of advice - ACT do not REACT. May the Lord bless you, protect you and give you guidance. Also if you fight back you might get H**L beaten out of you. Be very careful.

If he is hitting you with an object (whip, belt etc) or leaving bruises on your body with his bare hands or an object, he is subject to arrest for child abuse. You always have the absolute right to defend yourself, but you also have the responsibility to get yourself away from the situation with the least force possible. So, you can't shoot him or stab him or anything like that. But, you CAN call the police and have him arrested.
Best of luck kiddo. I'm sorry this is happening to you. If you are in school, tell your teacher what is happening. They are required by law, in every state, to report cases of suspected child abuse.

He shouldn't be whipping you and slapping you. Yes, defend yourself by backing him away, but don't try to fight back, this could only make him madder. Call CPS child protective services. Remember, though, you must really feel threatened or be being abused to call them, because just not liking him or something isn't an excuse to call them. You don't want to get him into trouble for nothing. He may need help with his anger. First, get away though if it is bad. Protect yourself first.

if you're being slapped round, you've the right to shelter your self, yet that ought to change right into a risky difficulty. Judging by making use of your question, I collect that your position existence sucks. i'm wondering why your mom would not intervene, till she would not understand it really is happening. you could continually contain the police. probability is he will be arrested for attack and battery. if you're previous sufficient, it form of feels that per chance the acceptable way out of the issue must be to move out. Is there a danger that you'll be able to turn on your genuine father or can a relative take you in? i sense for you. it truly is tragic what you're dealing with. an fairly close pal were given thrown out of the domicile abruptly and we took him in till he were given on his ft. i am hoping your luck ameliorations.

Child abuse is never acceptable. Fighting back is only going to get you hurt worse. Report him to the authorities. Is your mother aware of this? If so she needs to do something since a parent is responsible for protecting her children from violence at all costs.

The Bible says that you should honor your father. But are you really honoring him if you allow him to get away with the illegal and immoral act of beating you? The best way to honor your father is to call the cops.

I don't believe in abuse.,he sounds like Meany, maybe he wants you to hit him .so you can go jail.Your best bet,is to get away from him.I can't help but to wonder where is your mother. Now I.wonder if he slaps her, too. Maybe he needs to be reported.

You should definitely let another adult know about what is going on at home. I would not fight him back because he might hurt you worse. Also, pray about it. God will answer you.
