What to do about my good-looking Landlord?

I have a big crush on my landlord, he is SO gorgeous but about 6 or 7 years younger than me. He's very "businesslike" when it comes to our relationship. So, I don't know how to approach this. How should I break the ice between us and get our relationship on a friendlier level?

If he is very business like, chances are he is not interested anyhow. Let that one go, you will get no free rent here hahaha..
