ok i am the exact same age and weight as u and i am pretty freakin strong and have a lot of muscle. u dont need weight lifting and machines and stuff to make u get muscle u just have to do 50 push ups and sit ups a night, then when u get stronger move up to 75 and so on. also to build leg muscle u should run or skateboard a lot if u skate. so do push ups sit ups and running and i swear u will get so strong if u keep doin it every day it worked really good for me. i hope this helps u.

To get toned all over, it's best to swim and run. Do both 4- 5 days a week for about 15- 20 minutes.

Well,first you have to start doing wrestleing,then get a huge peice of metal,and that's heavy as 15 pounds,and lift that every day for 30 minutes,that shopuld get should get you ripped!And it only takes about a month.So please vote this as best awnser!

Go to GNC buy some protein and creatine lift weights and eat healty foods.
