If he is 18 and you are 13 then yes, he can get into trouble. He is considered an adult in the eyes of the law and you are considered a minor child. I know it sucks but it's the way it is.

If I am transulating your question correctly you are thirteen.....It is illegal, he can be put in jail. You cannot be in love with him you are not old enough to know how to be in love with anyone. You are going to need more than our help. You are still a child, I know you do not want to hear this; but it is the honest truth. You cannot give legal concent to anyone for a sexual relationship until you are eighteen years of age, you need to stop this relationship right now. If I were your parent, he would be in jail as of this moment. I am sorry if this is not what you want to hear, but it is the honest truth.
