lol i hear your words here . us hunters get excited before a season opens by watching those hunting videos where they kill deer and other animals in places we cant afford to hunt and we look for little hints on how to improve on our odds in killing that biggest buck alive when actually we are just dreaming here . these guys arent hunting like we do they have a group of guys scouting ahead for them and also sometimes those deer and others are planted thare for that special touch of makeing you think they hunted for weeks to kill an animal that really would have ate the sugar out of your hand if youd offerd it lol. its a man thing im affraid like wrestleing . id buy another reciever and while hiubbys watching hunting you go watch what pleases you in another room if he complain then pull the cable plug lol. but be glad its hunting hes watching instead of porn thare .

Tell him to go hunting instead of just watching. The beauty is enjoying the outdoors, not in watching someone kill an animal. I watch hunting shows to learn better/new hunting techniques, I don't get a great deal of enjoyment just watching TV.

Currently stuck on deployment, I have two elk hunting videos and I watch them every chance I get. If I can't be hunting it's nice to be able to watch someone else and live vicariously through their experiences

I don't watch hunting shows, golf or porn...because many things are much more fun to do yourself than to watch other people doing. I liked to hunt, but I have allergies to pollen and leaf mold now, so I had to retire. Seeing hunting shows only reminds me of what I'm missing. I haven't played golf for years, for I fear allergy problems, as in hunting. I won't comment much on X-rated movies. My gal and I don't need them. They are boring.

I actually go hunting and fishing and have more fun than the guys on TV.
Living life vicariously is not living life.

I don't. too many ads. But, have you considered trying shooting or hunting? I suggest you try archery. Not hunting, just learning to shoot. Many people enjoy learning to shoot a bow well, but NEVER hunt. I know numerous women that shoot, or hunt, and they enjoy it vey much.
