tell him the truth for cryin out loud. if she don't want a relationship she should tell him instead of leading the poor guy on. she may fel bad telling him but it is better to tell him now other thatn later. it's better to have a friend than it is to have a enemy.

I think your friend is leading him on and she really needs to let him know her feelings about it.
It is hard, especially turning someone down in fear of hurting them. However, it will keep hurting him more the longer she waits.
She needs to not have casual sex anymore and pretty much give limitation of such level.
This seems to be the classical case of one developing feelings. I normally hear the girl developing them. In this case it is the guy.
She should re-consider having casual sex with male friends (considering he is a friend I persume?). Might save her some trouble.
If she didn't let him know in the begin she is not looking, just want casual, then let it be a good idea she does that for now on.
If she did let him know in the begin, then he should know when she told him, that this is what it all was going to be. For him to not to get upset at something he knew in the begin, ya know?
For my personal intake, if he is so good too her, maybe she should look at given him a chance. This is all up to her of course. However, it is pretty hard these days to find a decent guy who wants more than just sex. She might be pushing a good guy away.
If she isn't ready to settle down for boyfriend. That is understandable. Just ask her if it is an option to give him a try. See what she says.

See if he will put his money/energy/time where his words are! Is this all talk so that he can have a steady booty call or is he willing to really treat her like the lady of his dreams? Does he take her out on nice dates, does her care about her feelings and want to talk to her about her likes/dislikes and get to know her? How exactly does he want to "take care of her"? She may want to let him step up and PROVE it. The thing that I think is going wrong in most ppl's relationships (and I'm not immune myself) is that we fall for the all talk types. We need to start looking at ACTIONS! The old saying is true "Actions speak louder than words!" If his actions back up his words then and ONLY THEN should she take a closer look at him. Otherwise cut him loose ASAP as another sex-crazed, loser trying to set up a steady hole to insert himself into. And she would want to decide if she wants that to be her.

Give him some time and let him understand your friend aren't into a relationship at the moment and it won't work so that he will give up!! Most impt stopped leading him on! Otherwise it would have been your fault if you did.

For petes sake tell the guy the truth, and tell him you want a friendship not gf +bf. She can always be casual friends with her. I'd rather be told than led on.

Tell him the truth. Don't let him hound her. She can ask friends for back up and if he seems dangerous for any reason, call the police.
