Be your self and invite her out! Don't put on any false pretenses just be who you are naturally. Chances are she will accept the offer and continue to see you. My guy asked me out to a bingo game with his family I went and well fell in love..he doesn't drink or smoke or pretend to be some body he isn't!!
Now you try ..give it ago!! Remember be loved for who you are not who you can be and it will always be true!

first of all, most girls are attracted to guys that have the ability (or potential) to procure many resources (ie: comfort items, security, fine food, fine clothing, etc...). women can't help being attracted to that sort of thing just the same as men can't help being attracted to healthy, nurturing females. if your heart skips when you see her, that is a sign that you are not constantly pursuing resources, but is a sign that your mind is on abstract things such as love and romance.
she doesn't know why she isn't attracted to you, but she just isn't.
my advice...be goal oriented, determined, confident, always having a plan and doing it. ("always" meas ALWAYS; every second of the day.) If you find a second in the day that you aren't trying to procure resources...fake it. do not go along with anyone else's plan...EVER. if you find that you have to, make it look like it's your plan. consider this advice - your "self-marketing" advice.
after you have mastered "self-marketing", ask her out by saying, "I'm going here (or doing this), do you want to come along?"
if you really like her, you will give her the blessing of having a perfect guy (like the one i explained) not some crappy roses. a perfect guy is way more valuable because it's much harder to find than roses or a poem that took hours to write.

You need to do the one thing your shy about and that is to start talking to her. Find out if she would like to go out on a date sometime and pray for the best. If she says no at least you will know and you took the first step and it will get easier.If she says yes then go with the flow and enjoy.
