Roast meat, potatoe salad, vegetable soups/stews (Eintopf), Apfelstrudel (apple strudel), black forest gateau; Spaetzle (bit like pasta); Maultaschen (like Ravioli minus the tomatoes plus spinach filling and bigger); AND ginger bread!!!
Nice food all in all!
Germans like beer and wine, fruit juice, mineral water and coffee, herbal teas.
