I have really thick brown hair with natural highlights. Very thick. I really want to get bangs, but is that just way out of style? Other people I have talked to think so... but I still want them.

If you want them you should get them. You can always make your own style. Heck, maybe the ppl you know will decide to follow your lead out of style or not.

Well, don't always care about what people think, if you like bangs then get it. I actually, think bangs are getting back in style, all the females at school are cutting there hair and doing bangs. Usually everything that got out of style gets back in fashion. But i think it will look great on you because of the hair description above. Hope this helps.

If you have really thick hair you might want to opt for side bangs. Because otherwise you will look like you have too much hair, and it will hide your face. Bangs are still very popular, but mostly side swept bangs, a little bit angled and longer at the sides. Good luck!

Short straight bangs are out however Long bangs that are past your your cheek bones and swept to the side are in. Loose free flowing hair.or loose curls are in regardless of the length. The hair sprayed curled under bangs are out. Free flowing hair is best. Ask your stylist. Perhaps if you want a trendy style go to a popular salon in the area and ask for a make over. Let them know you want bangs but modern bangs. I am sure you will be beautiful no matter what you decide.

Bangs are not out of style,they never go out of style. Some people need them anyways. Long side bangs seem to be the rage right now.

Check out the hair styles in your area. Every area is different. A lot of people have bangs especially if your hair is shorter(shoulder length or shorter). Even some celebrities have bangs. Go with whatever make you feel good.

actually no they are not. but its more of a long whispy side bang that's still in. Very textured nothing blunt and straight across. think reacent pics of Sandra Bullock... Go with the bang they honestly never go out of style, there is always some kind of bang thats floating around the fashion world.

I do not think they are out. It just depends on how your face is shaped. Play with it aliite bit first and see try different things to make sure you like it. But I know rite now alot of people have the longer bangs that are pulled to the side. Good Luck!!

There are lots of people who still wear bangs and it is perfectly acceptable and still very much in style. I am a hairstylist and there are plenty of young women who still get cute bangs cut into their hair. Not every look is good for every person. I would get what looks good on you, not your friends.

Bangs are always in style. A bigger factor is the shape of your face. Some people, like me, need bangs. Others do not! You may be one of the lucky ones who can wear it either way.
