Its hard because your brain wonders in places it once was so happy to be in. And now its just weird and uncomfortable. Too see that one person moving on and possibly being more happy. Its all relative!

Becasue u still having feelings somewhere deep down inside and they rise to the surface making u feel pain i had a bf and we broke up and we said we stay friends every time i saw him i could remember what i felt and it made me so sad it was hard to go to porm with him and everything else some times i didnt know if i would last i fell so hard for him and even when all the pain went down (long story im me @ lovelilliekissed if u really wanna know) but even today when i chat with him all the pain comes up and i found someone i rather be with yet i dont think that pain and sadness with ever go away

I had my share of those not so long ago. I broke up with my bf for 2 years, and we saw each other after 3months of no communication or anything. And it sure was a little ackward for me. The good thing is he was the first one who approached me and said hi. Then I realize that I still have those feelings and I started to miss him again. But I have to move on, I had to tell myself that its been over and I should find my own happiness without him now.

Yes. When me and my best friend(she is a girl), I was really sad. It took me months to get over it. We had been friends for over 10 yrs but then this matter came up. We just broke our good friendship for nothing. We were friends since we were 6 yrs old. It was just like she was my sister.

it's because you get attached to them. It's hard. I went back and forth with one guy for two and a half years for that reason. Now I'm with the love of my life. Once you let that one person go u'll finally be able to be happy.

It means that you still care, I really was never in that situation but I think that is life and that is how we all are. You want what he can not have, and we dont want things we have. I think time will help you get over it.

Nothing you should feel regret! Guys are selfish if they keep playing games, its better to dump them. It took me 2 years to forget that person. Maybe you will find it easier.

You still love and care for him. It's okay it's normal for this to happen. Everyone has these feelings and most likely everyone has been where you are. Remember, your not alone. :)
