one of my best friends is the daughter of a police officer. her father was shot once. he survived and was lucky enough to have been shot in a non-lethal area. he had a very very severe wound though, and was out of comission for a long time before he could return to work. its guys like him, and our soldiers that put their lives on the line for us that make our country great, so next time you see a cop or a soldier say thank you for what they do for us. i hope all the boys overseas come home soon, this war is pointless, and is costing us more lives than 9/11 did.

Yes I do, my brother in law has been shot 3 different times.

Yes. A former graduate at my high school. He was shot in the head in a drive-by shooting. Many of his friends at my high school were sad. I was kind of sad too but I didn't know him very well. Still, it is a cruel thing.
