nope... but frankly speaking, it still depends on ur size... i mean ur height and weight etc though...

The quick answer is hell no!
But i also think that, normal as it is to do so, you should caution yourself about worrying too much about any one feature you have or even about your appearance at all, good or bad.
You are growing and changing and you will certainly develop into a unique individual of worth and you will be loved.
You are at an age where you need all the confidence you can find and comparing yourself physically with others will encourage feelings of low self esteem which will have you punish yourself unfairly. If you are beautiful it can be easy to develop a vain personality which can cause problems in the future.
Accept what you have and only try gently to improve what you yourself really don't like, but try not to become fixated by your flaws. We all have them, but in time they are what attract others too us as much as our apparent beauty.
Life is strange and wonderful, much more wonderful than the shallow perspective of fashion magazines.
Develop your values, your friendships and your interests and try to keep an open, accepting perspective for yourself and others.
You have beautiful moments ahead I am sure.
Enjoy and most of all enjoy being YOU.
By the way small breasts are healthier in the long run and preferred by many people.
