i'm disturbed by a guy abt whom i keep thinking always but i know that he's in love with a gal for many yrs sincs and they r abt to marry. but i just want to get rid of his thoughts and try concentrating on my work....donno how...plz help.

You need to get out there and meet someone new. You are probably just infatuated. If he is in love with someone else, you probably don't even know him that well. You probably are in love with how you wish he was, or how you think he is... There is someone out there waiting for you, he isn't the one.

Tell this guy tht u lik him but u don't know wht to do with tht. Tell him to give u any answer and then the ball is in his court. Be brave if he says no. Move on with ur life. I'm sure the right guy for u is even now looking for u.

tell him how you feel! write him a letter but dont send it and write how u feel about him in it and then rip it up if u dont want him to know! or find a new love intrest and see if there are any guys you like close to you that arent getting married! you never no if u tell him how u feel maybe hell stop the wedding because hes always loved you too! you never no if u dont try!

One thing you can try to stop thinking about it is this: Every time you start having thoughts about this man, picture a bright red stop sign. I know it sounds strange but it is a proven technique in cognitive therapy.

well dear to be honest with you,you have to forget him,you have to move on he may not even know that you are thinking of him.so try invoving yourself in things that will help you forget him
