I am a Muslim. Probably next to none, because most all muslims are familiar with the options to those they win a war against: 1. convert to Islam, or 2. Pay a reasonable tax that is a treaty in which the Muslim army will then protect you, the non-Muslim, from invasion, and provide other community services, or 3. Be executed upon the verdict of a muslim judge after a trial. yes, the person gets to defend themself, etc.
those rules are only for winning a physical battle, which of course can only be done in defense, i.e. someone attacked you first. I think all muslims agree on that as well, but they tend to disagree on WHO is part of the group that attacked them. For instance, if you are attacked and invaded by americans, are all americans the enemy during the war, or just adult men, or just the soldiers, or the entire government, and what levels of government, and what about those who finance the war, i.e. the taxpayer? So THAT is what they disagree about.
I've never met or heard on the internet, a single muslim who thought the choices were convert or die. That's why the tax is there. (and it can't be some greedily high tax, that is unislamic for many reasons as well). And once again, this is just when conquering a group of people that had initiated war against you, in which you will be the ruling government.... not just for every non-Muslim you run into in life.

The rules you're conversing approximately is time-honored because of the fact the Shariah legislations (Islamic regulation). they want this legislations now no longer thinking the fact that that's barbaric in spite of if thinking the fact that it provides effect. The sentences are carried out in public in simple terms so human beings recognize that in the event that they are caught in immoral activities, they would be punished similarly. no one desires to be punished this variety. each time an anti social factor will experience of evil, he would be gripped via subject of the punishment. that's the reason why the crime value in Islamic international locations must be very low. Its additionally low thinking the fact that Muslims grant 2.5% of their savings in charity to undesirable, so no one has to thieve for meals. Intermingling of opposite sexes in now no longer allowed which avoids circumstances which effect in adultery. opposite to this, in US if a rapist is convicted, he serves the sentence and springs back and rapes as quickly as greater thinking the fact that the legislations must be very lenient. anybody is loose to do the full element and that motives the degradation of society. As a procedures as apostasy is worrying, what does the west do on a similar time as a citizen is to blame of treason. So what's incorrect if Islam has loss of life sentence for apostasy?

0%. If any body believes in that, then he is no longer a Muslim.
Because one verse in quran is enough to make this clear
"There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error; " Quran 2:256.
If anyone claims that this verse in not valid, then they have to understand that this verse has 2 parts, in the second part it is mentioned "truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error". So if they claim this verse is not valid, then second part also become invalid, which is not something any Muslim will agree.
