I am with this girl who is into BDSM, initially it was kind of fun but now things have gotten a little extream and I need to bail. However, by now she controls my bank account, chastity belt, put a tattoo of her name on my manhood etc. etc. The list goes on and on. See my previous questions for more details if you want. This is abuse, what you're going through. Yes, women abuse men all the time (and I'm a woman so I say this knowingly). If you feel like you can't survive without her, is that because she will kill you, or is it because you can't live without her, i.e. you love her? There are ways to get out of any abusive relationship. For one thing, get a NEW bank account and have your check deposited in there. She controls your money, she controls your sex life, she controls EVERYTHING. It's out of hand. You need help. If she is threatening you, contact an abuse-network hotline. They will help you. I promise. And nobody will laugh at you.
Tatoos can be removed, by the way.
She sounds like a real NUT. Get out while you still have your sanity.

Same way as you get out of any other relationship that's not in your best interests: you get up, walk out of the door, walk away, and never go back.
If you're not into 24/7 BDSM and she is, fine, walk, but if you're enjoying it, why not stick it out but arrange a compromise about just how much you're willing to put up with on a day-to-day basis - if she's a serious BDSMer *and* wants to share her life with you, she'll happily come to a compromise, but if you're only there as one of her toys, then I'd guess she'll be less likely to.
Either way, it's down to you to decide just how much you want to put up with and are willing to live with.
