I do. I have a gut instinct you do too. Suck in your gut!
Have some guts and ask harder questions! Once in a while I might use the word, not everyday.

Let's see... Sometimes I'll tell them about a gut feeling I have or a gut reaction toward a certain guy they're going out with, or something similar, or I'll tell them to go with their gut instinct when they ask me what they should do ...
But usually when we use the word 'gut' we're referring to the rolls of fat that adorn our gut area, accumulated through four years of unhealthy college eating and not helped by our now being mostly sedentary secretaries. And we talk about those guts pretty often, usually over ice-cream or some cake. Yummm...cake...

My wife uses the word tummy. They only use the word gut when talking about their fat boyfriends ;-)
