I would have to have children to raise for one thing.

I'm Buddhist, and first off, I have to say that I hate your username. Anyways, everyone is equal, and if you were that religious, you should treat everyone equally instead of judging. I would say "go for it" and hear their beliefs through and through. I wouldn't care marrying someone of another religion. Like I said, everyone is equal, and there's no limit for love.

Well, even though I can't have children I definitely wouldn't teach them something that would hinder their salvation and rights to eternal life AND the opportunity to meet Jesus Himself when He returns for the people who are saved. Not in something that is false. No offense. That's my belief.

I guess you would just teach them from the beginning that there is no God, no supernatural force whatsoever responsible for or in charge of the universe.
I would think that would do it. That's how religious people (not just Christians) train their kids to accept religious faith---start teaching them when they're young.
Personally, I think it would be best for people to let their kids analyze everything objectively and make religious decisions on their own, but maybe that's just me.

I'm an atheist who is raising my kids to have an open mind and seek their own truths. They don't have to share in my beliefs simply because I am the parent.

That is sad that Children are taught there is no god. Verily it is said by Jesus Christ:
Matthew 18:5-7 (Young's Literal Translation)
5`And he who may receive one such child in my name, doth receive me,
6and whoever may cause to stumble one of those little ones who are believing in me, it is better for him that a weighty millstone may be hanged upon his neck, and he may be sunk in the depth of the sea.
7`Wo to the world from the stumbling-blocks! for there is a necessity for the stumbling-blocks to come, but wo to that man through whom the stumbling-block doth come!
So not allowing a child to come to Jesus Christ will have its consequences.

I would never deceive my children like that. I know its hard for atheists to understand that most of us know there is a God, not just think there is one.

For me it would take having children. This, after all, would be the biggest hurdle.

Personally, I would tell them to use science and reason. Also its very important to let them know that FEAR is a powerful force that Christians love to use in order to convert ppl, so i would tell them don't give into fear. Omg I'm going to hell cause i don't go to church, BS.

It didn't take anything. Religion is as irrelevant to my children as it is to me.
