Okay, the site that you added in there is full of complete BS. A tiny chip smaller than a hair has not been created and implanted in people since the 1980s. The technology simply doesn't exist. Apart from the fact that nothing that small could hold a power source capable of sustaining radio communication with 'Super computers'.
This crock of BS is right up there with the 'super satellite' that can monitor people's brainwaves from outside of Earth's atmosphere.
