Go to the gym and workout. Thats what I did when I broke up with my boyfriend. I looked great after a month of fitness and if we were to run into each other I wanted him to see what he was missing. Plus, there were cute guys at the gym.

Have a good hard cry, take a bubble bath, and if you're still stressing out about him - write a letter to him in your journal (not something you'd send) - just a way to get your feelings out.

Take some time to take care of yourself! Not sure how old you are - but if you're able - try and take a relaxing vacation/ trip - on your own.

Well just let the feelings out, dont try to keep them in or hide them, it will only feel worse. And remeber that you broke up with him for a reason whatever that might be. Spend time with your friends, keep occupied, avoid contact if its really hard for you and dont be ashamed to cry! Dont forget just as fast as he came into your life another one will sure to be along soon enough.

This usually happens after breakups.. if you really did like him so much then why did you break up with him? .. Well, if you had a realistic reason why then all I have to say is that over time you'll get over it. I know it seems not like that right now but trust me, I think everyone has been where you are right now.

dont jump on another guy. you need to get this one out of your system. of course , if you have a freind you can lay that doesn't hurt- but you still need to get over the first one. find a new hobby. get a bow and shoot at a target- kick box, slam dance, anything to get out the anger. You will find that you are having more fun without him.

Know that you will eventually get over it, just not tonight. Go do the things you always did without him, get on with life, miss him some and then continue to grow. It'll pass. Always does.

Listen to music, music always helps me stop thinking about the stresses in life. I am not always happy and I can say that when I listen to music it almost always makes me happy.

Give it time. Until then stay active. Hang with your girlfriends and family until you can get through the day without thinking of him.
