is it always in poor taste to tell jokes about other nationalities?

I Personally, think it isjust an area to be sensitive.
If you joke about (WHICH MEANS MAKING FUN OF).
just take a look at your message and why.
then you can decide whether is is ok or not.
Sometimes it could be light hearted, other times, cruel.\

I think if you are from a specific ethnic group, and you are within a group from your ethnicity, then it is okay to tell an ethnic joke about that ethnicity. Any other time can just be offensive to others, and you never know what may or may not offend someone. Of course, you have to watch even within your own group, if you don't know some of the people that well.

Always: You shouldn't make fun of people just because they differ in culture, skin color and etc.
