What do consider cheating? Is it flirting, kissing,or sexual relations to you or all three?Or what else?Would you consider it cheating if you boyfriend said he was flirting with another girl when he was camping but only said he was going to tell you because he accidently text you a msg he meant to send the girl he was flirting with? Thanks

All of the above hunny. I feel the same way. I do consider cheating any kind of physical contact with another girl, that is not family or somewhere along that line. And he should not be flirting with another girl "camping" and why were you not camping. hmmmm. and to pretty much admit to you that he was never going to tell you, WHICH means he was hiding it, then I think honestly he is. If it was harmless he would of came out with it and told you. Not told you ONLY because he by an accident text you and not her. I think you could find someone else so much better. He obviously is doing something wrong here. Why hide it. Not right at all! If there is still a thought of maybe he is not, then keep a nice close eye on him. But as I said, I do feel like cheating is ANY kind of physical contact, because I feel that when they give physical contact, then they are implying something else also. Unless like I said it is family or a best friend he has had his whole life or something. Think about it!

If your in a commitment with a guy and either of you kiss and/or hug another person that would be considered cheating to me. If he is flirting with another girl and he accidentally let you know then he was trying to hide something then I would be concerned about trust.

All of the above and then some. There are emotional and physical infidelities. Having chats or talking to someone in an inappropriate manner. Or in a manner with which you would speak with your partner, that is an infidelity. Definitely having sex, kissing, hugging, etc. I think if you feel you have to hide it, then you know it is wrong.

I would say that while "mental cheating" is hard to discover and catch, once you cross the threshold to kissing or more, you are cheating.

WHATEVER YOU COULDN'T DO IN FRONT OF YOUR PARTNER, OR WANT TO HIDE FROM THEM.
