Ponytails are good, and side ponies are making a comeback. Messy buns are still popular.
For wearing it down, a crimper can add extra flare.
Another idea is to do the half up, half down thing, but instead of only one ponytail on top do two.

emo hair style, like a side bang or a diagonal cut when ur right side of the face is completely covered up with long bangs not real long!!! and the other left side on the left reveling one eye.

i have this asian friend and shes like a girls size 10 -____- yeah reallly skinny and im like a size youth 0. and she does side ponies and on her its suuupeer cute. icoluldnt pull it off but if your petite and your "cute" then try that. and you can just leave it down and make it straight. ohh and i always to that put your bangs up in to that puffy thinng in the middle if you have bangs if you don t you can still do it though. :]
