Could be GERD "Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease". Lying down brings more stomache acids into the esophagus, which can feel like chest pain on the left side.

probably gas coupled with a hiadel hernia which will turn into gurd if you do not take action like lose weight get more exercise andonly eat low gas meals also low acid. You might also have celiac disease which means you might have to stop eating anything with wheat in it. If you have this pain and diiarrhea pretty good chance for celiac look it up on the net it gives all the symptoms and drs will not tell you cuz they make more treating symptoms that do not go away

Ahhh , YES. See a doctor. I had chest pain once and it was a heart attack. Sounds like its time for a stress test.

Chest pain is generally not a good thing. You could be having heart problems and/or high blood pressure problems. You could also be having digestive problems. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck.
