He has a girlfriend though! We've been talking a lot and he keeps bringing up marriage every time we talk. I think part of it is that I told him that I'm waiting until I get married to have sex. He makes a joke of it, then he seems really serious and asks me stuff like "What do I have to do to make you believe me?" I don't know what to do...

Tell him you leave you alone. I do not think you really want anything to do with this. I can only see bad things coming from this. He has a girlfriend so why do you want to mix yourself into this. I think this is all bad news, but if you really like him why not talk to him and tell him it is either you or him. You needs to make a choice and he needs to make it fast.

people say love has to be based on belief. But belief should be put on right place. You should set a time to talk seriously about that with him and require a steady answer for that
