If you are blonde, don't go brunette. too dark!
Stay a blonde - be true to yourself!
If you want to have a change - just add highlights!

and yes, he prob does want yr business!

I do hair so I like to look at my client's complexion. If they are toooooooo pale, going too dark will make them look even more washed out. Your hairdresser might've told you to go darker because Fall is approaching. It usually goes like this - go dark for Fall and light for Summer. It's up to you. Some people can get away w/going light and dark and some can't! If you have never gone tooooo dark before, you might want to just go a medium brown. I have clients that are used to being blonde and when they go dark, it's a BIG shock. They always leave feeling that way but then I hear from them a few days later and they LOVE it. Change is good but like I said, it's up to you. If you're pale, think about going a dark blonde or light brown. Be sure you get a good shade for your complexion. You don't want to look Goth.

A good stylist will always be honest with you -- mine talked me out of having my (naturally) chestnut-auburn hair highlighted this summer because she said it would spoil the look! The main question is do you trust your stylist? If you don't, find another stylist!

Blonde is always popular because it says glamour and fun, but the important thing is not to go too far from your natural coloring. If you are blessed with naturally blonde locks, I'd stay with a variation of that and leave the brunette shades to those who were born with them. Dark hair color on a natural blonde often (not always, but often) looks unnatural and sometimes even a little jarring. (Sure, the black wig was stunning on Uma Thurman in "Pulp Fiction", but who among us mere mortals can carry off such a transformation?)

Good luck!

I dye my hair all the time. From blonde to DARK to highlights... I get bored and want a change. I think it depends on your skin complection and eye color. Light eyes look awesome with dark hair. Hope this helps.

I like them both. Right now I have dark brown hair with blonde highlights in a layered medium-length cut and it's great! Best wishes.

fit, hair colour would not count number, fairly, tall or short, no longer truly short hair and oftentimes that she's in touch. <(")> -P.S.- yet a fit female with double d's, blond and black shoulder length or longer hair some efficient curves common height solid personality and in no way only a quite face and that she's in touch. ;D

Your skin coloration will follow your natural hair color. Look at the older women who dye the grey, tolook younger. Their skin tones don't match, and it looks artificial.
