How do I fix a corrupt file?

Its a .bca file. Jetico best archive if you were wondering. It gives me error number 75 while opening archive. It contains files that are extremly important to me so if you can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Try going to C Drive in My comp and right click on C Drive and go to Properties/Tools/Error Checking

I think the only corrupt file is your avatar.
