Nothing God does is random.
Even of you don't personally believe in God, part of the definition of God by all who do is that He is omniscient, from which it follows that nothing He can do is random.
That's like asking, How do you ask random questions?
That question wouldn't make much sense to you, would it?
You can infer the rest of the analogy.

It sounds like you know a lot about God to know that God picks random numbers. Good for you.

That sounds almost like the question: Can God make a boulder large enough that He can't move it?"
The fact is that He can do anything which is consistent with His Nature.
Since His nature is that of omniscience, then there is nothing random in what He does.
"Random" implies implies an element of CHANCE. With God, there is no chance!!

What is random to you is not random to Him.
I'm not a mathematic kind of guy, just in case you had another definition for - random

I think they all just float around Him, and He reaches out and picks the ones that fit together for whatever He is doing at the moment.
