Did you eat something different? Are you taking any new medications? Either of these can cause this. It is nothing to worry about and is very normal.

it's fine as long as one of the colors isn't red, from blood. Dark colored means higher iron. It will change colors depending on what you eat too. Carrots, corn and other foods are hard to digest at times and you will see that in your poop as well. If you eats lots of green veggies, your poop can sometimes be green ... and so on. Not to be gross either, but it's not a bad idea to see your poop. If it's white-ish in color, not good.

It depends on the colors!! Seriously, two toned is nothing to worry about. Color depends on food and and how much waste your body (old blood cells, bile, etc.) you are getting rid of. When you have a bowel movement it is from your digestive tract having a peristaltic movement which is our GI tact basically flattening from top to bottom to push the contents downward. So if one stool is one color and in the next movement there is another color, it will come out two toned. Be concerned if the stool is very dark, white, or painful.

This is caused by a opioid large intestinal reduction in muscle memory being aggravated by an unfamiliar toxin from a certain speed toxin and laxatation toxic waste. This causes your normal stool to mix with a part of your stool that hasn't digested yet but was speed up in the large intestine from the toxic gas catching up with your regularly scheduled stool causing a quick infusing together of the two stools at the lower end of your intestines. Yes of course it's what you eat ... but it's what you eat digested with a toxic chemical giving it a different look than your normal stool. It doesn't mean trouble but it is definatly a sign of confusing in the digestive memory of your intestines which is controlled by the toxins your body is used to or not used to taking in weather its foods, medicines, or sickness.

Sounds like you got a bad virus. Probably something like the flu or a cold. If there is no blood in your poo then you really should not worry. You could just need more water and fluids is all. However, If there is blood in it your dark brown or black poo then you better get to the doctor right away. That usually means there is some internal bleeding going on.

Um, it depends on what you ate that day. That can effect how poop looks. Just watch your diet and what comes out of you, if it continues you might want to visit your doctor.
