Around this time of year wal-mart sales the small pie pumpkins with a recipe on bottom. The wal-mart in my town has gone with a different supplier and the current pumpkins do not have the recipe sticker I'm needing!

www.allrecipes.com is a great website for recipes. It also has a search by ingredients.

Ingredients
1 carton (4 oz) MORNINGSTAR FARMS™ BETTER'N EGGS™
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can (12 oz) evaporated fat free milk
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425° F. Reduce heat to 350° F; continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with low–fat non–dairy whipped topping if desired.
