My next door neighbor Janet pounds makes the most delightful oatmeal raisin cookie square. For the third straight year she has been the mid western states cookie bake off grand champion. This year her award winning double dip pecan oatmeal molasses raisin cluster cookie bites earned her an invite to the world nationals in Freiseng Germany.Janet was elated on her recent accomplishments and was quoted by Indianaplos Star reporter Mike baker in his weekly colum Bakers Corner.Janet says;"The Bavarians are said to be the worlds best ginger bread cookie and house makers, but what they don't know is that when I compete I tear the house down.So when their cookies crumble under the intense pressure don't be surprised.
