I started about a week ago and I do 2 -3 15 minute workouts a day, except on sunday. Is this too much. Should I have more time to let my muscles rest.

What are some good exercises I can do. I have a video I follow along with but do you know anything else that is very effective. (I dont have a swissball or any ab machine.

Will I be able to get a sixpack in two weeks. Like I said I started about a week ago. Im 15yo and Im pretty skinny. Is this a reasonable goal.

What should I eat to build muscle mass. None of those protien shakes or powders, stuff i would have at home.

Sorry for all the questions

Thanks

1 more thing. I do situps on my bed at night while I watch tv. I find though that I get more of a workout when Im on the floor. Is this because of the soft bed or does it not matter

If you're eating a decent amount of meat, you should be fine as far as building muscle mass goes.

You need WAY more rest than you're giving yourself. Here's the deal: you need 2 things to build a muscle, challenging work and quality rest. Without challenging work, your body atrophies -- you understand this; that's why you're working out. But the snag is that your body doesn't actually build muscle when you're working out. You build muscle when you're *recovering* from working out.
Try a 4-day cycle:
1 -- nothing hard at all, just move around some to work out the kinks
2 -- light workout.
3 -- medium workout
4 -- heavy workout -- really push it.
Then back to day 1 and repeat the cycle. This will give your body enough time to rest and recover.

One more thing: If you're doing a lot of ab work, be sure to do a decent amount of back bending too, to balance it out. Otherwise, you actually hurt your back by making your abs stronger than your back muscles. Ruins your posture too, and it's really painful and can take months to recover (trust me, I did it when I was 16.)

If you want a 6 pack u need to eat as much protein as possible it helps build muscle faster. You also need to rest every once in a while. And Abs want just build by doing sit-ups you have to get out and run. Here is a good weekly routine.
Sun.-Abs Mon.-Rest Tues.-Abs Wed.-Run Thurs. Abs
Fri.-Rest Sat - Run
I run about 3 miles a day it helps
here are a few ab workouts to try
Plank, Dumbell Crunch, Crunch, Decline Russian Twist, Medcine Ball Crunch, Hip Thrust, and Side Crunch
Try these and see which ones work for you.
Good Luck

No...in two weeks is impossible to do that

at least you have to wait 2 months or more by doing that routine...but if you want to accelerate that process the only think you can do is take those powder or protein shakes...wheter you believe it or not, they work!...they will make you accomplish that faster

you should try eating as much protein as you can, meals rich is aminoacids(helps gain muscle mass)

And No!..don't do the situps in your bed...that's like doing nothing..try something more difficult like doing it with your legs up in a 45° angle...now that is really going to help

good luck

U should exercise every other day instead of every day to give your muscles time to build the day u dont exercise.
Situps are best done on floor or with a neck pillar to support neck.
U should eat plenty of meats,pasta, fruits,veggies.
Remember tomatoes is a mans best friend as u get older,

Ummm I'm no personal trainer but you do need to rest your muscles everyday. Ie: if you work your abs then don't do it the next day. work something else!!! Don't put too much stress on your abs.
