Am I allowed to take a Digital Camera aboard a plane with spare batteres. Am I also allowed to take pictures on board the plane.

Yes, you are allowed to take take digicam but make sure the country you are going to has no restrictions about this..
and as long as it won't annoys other passengers with the flash.
I just read on website that New UK has set restrictions on cameras on plane...check it out. Might there be another countries have camera restrictions on flights.

yes for both. u can take pics on the plane as long as it is not of ppl you don't know and the airline crew

yes digital is okay, video is okay too but you have to remove them for security to see, also you will need to put your camera for security to see that it is digital
